Summary: The Guest Services Host is a frontline team member who ensures a positive experience for all Guests. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. Guest satisfaction is a priority, and the Guest Services Host plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting efficient daily operations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Guest Service & Support: 

• Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries. 

• Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions. 

• Assist Guests with facility offerings, ensuring they have a positive experience. 

Operational Support: 

• Maintain the daily operation of Guest service areas. 

• Assist with merchandising functions as needed. 

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas. 

Cash Handling & POS Operations: 

• Handle cash transactions, including operating the POS system and registers. 

• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and transactions. 

General Responsibilities: 

• Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction. 

• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. 

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 16 years of age. 

• Strong customer service skills. 

• Excellent multitasking abilities. 

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• Basic math skills for cash handling. 

Education and Experience: 

Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school). 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: 

This role requires the ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly, as well as full dexterity and agility to maneuver in tight spaces. It involves standing and walking for long periods, bending, squatting, gripping small objects, and pushing or pulling heavy items. The work environment includes high noise levels and may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions. The position requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
